
Youth Outdoor Training Sessions

BC MMA Youth Outdoor Sessions are designed to give kids a fun, structured, and positive environment to grow—physically and mentally.
These sessions focus on building strong habits, teamwork, and confidence while introducing real martial arts-based training.
What We Work On
Each session includes a mix of:
✔ Bodyweight workouts
✔ Fighter conditioning circuits
✔ Sprint and speed work
✔ Strength-building exercises
✔ Partner drills
✔ Competition-style challenges
Our goal is to keep kids engaged, active, and improving every session.
Session Structure (Youth)
Each session is structured to keep energy high while building real skills:
Warm-Up / Movement: 10 minutes
Conditioning & Circuits: 15 minutes
Speed & Sprint Work: 10 minutes
Strength Training: 15 minutes
Partner Drills: 20 minutes
Competition Challenges / Cool Down: 20 minutes

Spots may be limited—members get early access to booking
Training is structured but fun and age-appropriate
